What kind of protection do you add to the Lifeform3D product?
Every product we create is treated with an ultra-protective UV-matte protective coating. This means your print will greatly resist color fading.

My piece has been damaged upon arrival. What do I do?
While we make every effort to ensure your Lifeform3D product arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things happen. Hold on to packaging, take pictures of damage if possible and contact us. We will ship out a reprint ASAP.

Care and Use

Can I hang my artwork outside?
Although our pieces have a UV coating on them, no artwork should ever be hung in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.

Can I hang my artwork in a bathroom or humid area?
We do not recommend placing product in a bathroom or directly over a heat source.

Are there any special mounting instructions I should follow when hanging my piece?
All framed Lifeform3D products come ready-to-hang out of the box. All you need is a hook/nail in the wall. The smaller 8x10 version comes with an tabletop easel.

How do I clean/maintain my Lifeform3D product?
The best way to clean your product is with a soft duster. You can also use a damp cloth on the face of the PhotoSculpt canvas.


What image file types does Lifeform3D accept via email?
We accept JPEG, TIFF or PNG. If you have any questions regarding your image, feel free to give us a call.

Can I send in a picture, negative of slide for you to scan instead?
Because we know your original photos are very important to you, we do not want to take the risk that it get lost in the mail. We work with digital files, and we recommend you take your photos to get scanned at one of the numerous photo retailers, such as Walgreens, Target, Costco, CVS, Kinkos, etc.. Please make sure you tell them to scan it at the highest resolution.

What is the maximum file size you can accept through email?
Our email account supports files up to 20 MB, if you have a larger file contact us and we'll provide you with a link to our FTP site.

Can you fix my image if it is pixelated?
No problem, we have a variety of effects and filters we can use to reduce the look of pixelation on your image.

What is your privacy policy with regards to the use of my images?
We'll never use your images in any manner other than to print them for you. For marketing purposes, we will on occassion ask you for permission to show off your fabulous work of art in our marketing literature and website.

I would like to change the image that I originally submitted with my order. How do I do this?
Contact us as soon as possible via phone or email and we'll provide you with instructions on how to send us a new image.

What size image file is required to make the best possible Lifeform3D product?
While we specialize in working with images of all sizes, typically a file size of 2 MB or greater is enough for us to work with without needing to apply a low resolution filter.

I'm not sure if my image is copyrighted or not, what happens if it is? Will you inform me?
We take copyright seriously and we know sometimes violations are unintentional. If there is a copyright issue with your image one of our customer service reps will contact you to come up with a solution.

How long does it take to receive my custom Lifeform3D product?
From the time you approve your digital image it takes 3-4 weeks for production and then 3-10 days for standard shipping.

How do I change the shipping or billing address on my order?

Where do I input the retail coupon code?
Place your order as usual and when you reach the cart page enter your promotional code in the box labelled "Coupon Code".

Can I get my Lifeform3D product wrapped or have a note included?
Absolutely! call us and let us know or add a note to your online order.


I need my Lifeform3D product by a certain date, what do I do?

If you need your product by a certain date indicate it in the notes section of your order. If the date is particularly soon you may need to add rush shipping to ensure it arrives in time. Either way contact us at orders@lifeform3d.com after you place your order to confirm details.

Will you send me tracking information once my product has shipped?
Yes, we will e-mail you once your order has shipped with your USPS tracking number.

What are your shipping options?
Priority USPS 3-5 business days ($6 for 8x10, $15 for 11x14, $20 for 14x18, and $30 for 16x20).

Why do you charge my credit card before my product has been produced?
Because everything we make is custom and produced on-demand, we must bill you in advance before beginning work. Don't worry we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

I cancelled my order, why haven't I seen a refund on my credit card?
It can take up to 7-10 business days for a refund to process through your credit card company. Contact us for an ETA.
